Every Tuesday, Chef Paolo Olmetto prepares a special pasta dish that is not featured on our regular menu and is available for one day only.
The concept is simple, but the experience is unique.
Each week introduces a completely new recipe inspired by regional Italian traditions, seasonal ingredients and the culinary heritage of Sardinia, Paolo's homeland.
Some creations revisit classic Italian recipes rarely found outside Italy. Others explore Mediterranean flavours, fresh produce and combinations designed specifically for that week.
Part of the charm lies in its exclusivity.
Once Tuesday is over, the dish disappears.
The following week brings a completely new creation, making every visit a chance to discover something different.
For pasta lovers and curious food enthusiasts alike, Tuesday of Pasta has quickly become a weekly tradition worth looking forward to.
By Thursday, the weekend is finally within sight.
It is the ideal moment to step away from work, unwind with friends or colleagues and enjoy a more relaxed pace before Friday arrives.
That is exactly the spirit behind our Thursday Afterworks.
Every Thursday from 18:30 onwards, the atmosphere at 4 Stagioni transforms. The pace slows down, conversations become longer and the terrace takes on a different energy as the evening unfolds.
Our cocktails become the stars of the show, including favourites such as the refreshing Aperol Spritz and our popular homemade sangria, prepared following a traditional house recipe.
Combined with carefully selected music and attentive service, the result is one of Gibraltar's most enjoyable afterwork experiences.
