Christmas is a time to share, enjoy and savour.
At 4 Stagioni, we’ve prepared a Christmas Specials Menu featuring unique dishes that you can order individually, in addition to our regular à la carte menu.

Starting from late November, enjoy a range of festive starters, main courses and desserts, crafted with care and seasonal ingredients.

Special festive dishes outside the regular menu

This year, Chef Paolo Olmetto has designed a collection of dishes that capture the warmth of the holidays and the essence of Italian cuisine.

Starters include:

• Creamy Seafood Bisque with brandy and Pernod.
• Prawn Spring Rolls with sweet chilli sauce and baby lettuce.
• Chicken Liver Pâté with toast and spiced raspberry jam.
• Baked Burrata Cheese with cherry tomatoes, balsamic glaze and toasted pistachios.

Main Courses:

• Pappardelle with chicken, walnut, basil and pecorino cheese sauce.
• Swordfish scallops with grilled vegetables and shrimp sauce.
• Baked Leg of Lamb with thyme, red peppers and crispy bacon.
• Traditional Roast Turkey with chipolata, cauliflower cheese and roast potatoes.
• Grilled or Peppered Rib Eye Steak and Chips.

Desserts:

• Lemon Meringue Pie.
• Traditional Christmas Pudding with hot custard.
• Homemade Carrot Cake with frosting and pecan nuts.
• Mango & Mascarpone Roulade.
• Chocolate Gateaux.

Each dish is priced individually so you can create your own perfect festive meal, just the way you like it 🎅
