Every Tuesday, our chef prepares a special pasta dish that is not featured on our regular menu and can only be enjoyed on that specific day. A different creation every week, crafted with the same care, authenticity and passion that have defined our Italian cuisine in Gibraltar for more than 19 years.
In Italy, pasta is much more than a dish. It is a cornerstone of the country’s culinary culture.

Inspired by this rich gastronomic heritage, our chef Paolo Olmetto, who was born in Sardinia, uses Tuesday of Pasta as an opportunity to share recipes that go beyond our regular menu.
Some weeks, the special may be a traditional Italian recipe rarely found outside Italy. Other weeks, it may be inspired by seasonal produce, Mediterranean flavours or childhood memories from Sardinia.
