Located on Rosia Road, Gibraltar, 4 Stagioni – Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria has been bringing the essence of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine since its opening in 2006. Our founder and Chef, Paolo Olmetto, born in Sardinia, grew up surrounded by the aromas of home cooking, learning early the secrets of fresh pasta, slow-cooked sauces, and traditional recipes that today define who we are.
